4.2 Payment Processing

We use Stripe to process payments. By making a purchase, you agree to provide Stripe with accurate and complete payment information. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method provided.

4.3 Refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us within 14 days of the charge.

5. User Content

5.1 Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the images you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains illegal, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material
